Jinan M. Merehbi is a Co- Founder in Spotlight Center for Law and Human Rights as well as the current School Principal and Educational Director at Merehbi international school in Akkar, Lebanon. She has extensive experience in Professional development and educational redesign fortified by her Harvard’s university education.

Graduated from the University of western Sydney and earning her M.Sc. in secondary teaching, she gained extensive knowledge in pedagogies for learning and the psychology for teaching. During this period, she participated in lecturing university students in U.W.S. and the PASS Program in the Parramatta campus.

Jinan has been accredited as a Relational Dynamics Coach  with distinction by Culture at work Ltd and Relational Dynamics 1st Ltd (Britain), and completed a professional development course in Educational redesign by Harvard Graduate school of education followed by the professional development program In “Leadership an evolving vision” by the same school.

Her extensive experience in Crisis management, building a positive Relations and Resolving Disputes among students, skills of speech and characterizing multiple intelligences between students helps schools and educational facilities to better understand the educational progress and guides it staff and students towards the future of education. She is interested in children’s Rights issues, especially the right to education.
