Before you get in touch
Frequently asked questions.
Does Spotlight work only with women?
Spotlight’s general services are available to individuals, families and institutions. The Spotlight Legal Hub is a distinct women-focused initiative, initially designed for adult women in Tripoli and Akkar.
How do I book a consultation?
Prepare an inquiry here, then send it through WhatsApp or email. Spotlight will discuss your need and confirm availability, fees and appointment arrangements. Preparing a message does not book an appointment.
Are consultations and other services free?
Professional services have fees agreed before work starts. Any funded, subsidised or pro bono support depends on a specific programme, eligibility and available capacity; it is not guaranteed.
Can I contact Spotlight in Arabic?
Yes. You can contact the team in Arabic or English. Training and service language arrangements are agreed for each assignment.
Should I send my documents with the first message?
Keep first contact brief. Do not send identity documents, intimate images or sensitive case evidence through the website inquiry flow. The team will explain any documents needed and the appropriate sharing arrangements.
Can Spotlight help my school or business?
Yes. Institutional services can include an assessment, policy and document work, governance advice, complaint procedures and tailored staff training. The scope is agreed after an initial conversation.
