How we teach
Sessions can use case scenarios, role plays, facilitated discussion, practical exercises and accessible Arabic or English materials.
Before delivery, we agree the objectives, target group, duration, venue, materials and evaluation approach. Where appropriate, pre- and post-session assessment helps identify what participants learned.
Request a programme
An initial request can include the topic, approximate participant number, preferred language, location and proposed dates. Spotlight will discuss the scope and prepare a technical and financial offer.
Programmes can be delivered for institutions or through agreed community venues in Tripoli and Akkar, subject to capacity and delivery arrangements.
